A consultation with Dr. Keller initially focuses on the
patient's goals. An evaluation is then made based on medical history,
current health, and a pertinent physical examination, whether these goals
are attainable. Dr. Keller will then discuss the surgical options, as well
as expected outcomes, potential risks, and expected recovery. The office
personnel will then review with you the matter of fees, insurance and
scheduling.

Fees and Insurance
Arrangement for surgical payment is made with the Office Manager at the
time of surgical scheduling. While medical insurance covers most
reconstructive surgery, it rarely recognizes cosmetic surgery as a covered
expense. Any balance is the patient's responsibility. Financing is
available.
